Kwantek Clients can now benefit from having their jobs posted to Facebook where their job pool already spends their time!
Facebook makes it simple for people to ﬁnd new opportunities, submit, and track their applications. Once people ﬁnd a job that they want to apply to, job applications can be ﬁlled directly on Facebook.
The application will populate job history and other existing information available in the candidate's Facebook proﬁle, which can be edited prior to submission, so they can control how much, or how little of their information is shared with potential employer.
Where will the jobs be posted on Facebook?
Job posts may appear in multiple places on Facebook, including a business' Company Page, Jobs News Feed, via Notiﬁcations, in Groups, in Marketplace, and the News Feed.
Companies that utilize a Facebook Business Page have the option to link their Kwantek job feed directly to their Business Page.
How does it work?
When the Facebook integration is turned on for a client, jobs in Kwantek will be sent to Facebook. This includes the job title, job description, and select job specific questions.
Upon an individual applying to a position posted through this integration, Kwantek will receive and display candidate information as follows:
- Contact Information: Name, Email Address, Location
- Education experience
- Work experience
- Responses to the job-specific questions
New records will appear as Prospects under the job to which the individual applied.
