LOUISVILLE, KY - Kwantek Announces Jobs Posting Integration with Facebook

Kwantek has announced a new integration with Jobs on Facebook, with over two billion monthly active users.

Kwantek is an Applicant Tracking Software company focusing on high-turnover industries such as contract security and commercial cleaning. The software allows Kwantek customers to create one job posting and push it to several major job boards such as Indeed and Glassdoor.

The new integration will allow those same job postings to be easily published to Facebook and allow employers to review candidates directly from Kwantek.

“We’re extremely excited about this for our clients,” said Jeff Davis, VP of Engagement at Kwantek. “We’re always looking for ways to increase applicant volume and stay on the cutting edge of the recruiting world. This shows our commitment to both.”

Job posts may appear in multiple places on Facebook, including a business' Company Page, Jobs News Feed, via Notifications, the News Feed and in Marketplace.

“Prime candidates to fill our clients’ positions are on Facebook every day, multiple times per day,” Davis said. “The ability to reach these potential targets - even when they’re not necessarily searching for a job at that moment in time - represents a huge opportunity for our clients to reach a much larger audience.”

Once people find a job that they want to apply to, job applications can be filled directly on Facebook website or mobile app. The application will populate job history and other existing information available in the candidate's Facebook profile, which can be edited prior to submission, so they can control how much, or how little of their information is shared with the potential employer.

“We’ve seen a huge increase in volume with Indeed’s Easy Apply functionality, and the Facebook integration is very similar in concept,” Davis said. “It’s a growing trend to start getting these partial applicants and treating your hiring pool more like a sales funnel. Facebook will help us continue to fill the top of that funnel, and our software will automate the rest of the way.”

As the product continues to develop, Davis says Kwantek has big plans to maximize its use.

“As time goes on, this is only going to grow. Facebook controls consumer attention. We want to make sure our clients are in front of their prime job candidates and this is going to help us do just that.”
