I spent a few days in October at HR Tech evaluating emerging technologies, talking to partners, and most importantly, learning how we can better help our clients.
In previous blogs, I’ve outlined a few of those meetings and their importance, but one vendor meeting stood out.
My sit down with ZipRecruiter was a breath of fresh air.
Kwantek launched an organic feed with ZipRecruiter earlier in 2019 which has been successful in diversifying our applicant pool and adding new applicants.
What I didn’t realize how aggressively ZipRecruiter was looking to help the Contract Security and Building Services markets.
They believe their matching technology will provide a more cost-effective and accurate paid applicant pool for our clients in these two industries. And after listening to one of their key executives explain the technology and mission, I’m a believer too.
